Shipping & Returns


All our items are delivered by Royal Mail between 0700 and 1900. Should you order your items before 1600, we will despatch your item on the same day. We will ensure there are no delays from our end in despatching your items. We will also despatch items on a Saturday.

We offer postage to all European Economic Areas, Australia and America at very competitive price.



If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the items to us within 14 days of receipt using the returns instructions on the invoice. Complete returns form by simply entering SKU/item details, requested size/colour and the reason code for returns. Failure to do so will cause a delay to your refund or exchange.

They must be returned in the original condition, unworn and with labels. We will issue a full refund upon receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and a signed for service. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

All our invoices include a pre-printed returns label for your convenience. Send your returns via your local Post Office using the pre-printed label and do retain proof of postage until refund has been received.
